When you create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), you can use the pre-designed presentation templates or you can use one of your custom-made templates. After creating a CMA, you can modify individual presentation pages, and email, print, or Web-publish it. You can also export the CMA data to Top Presenter 2.0 where you can prepare a multimedia presentation.
If you are set up to use Top Connector 7i, you can download comparable properties from an MLS board. For more information, see "Setting up Top Connector 7i". Otherwise, you can manually add them to your presentation.
