Creating a new presentation template

To open the Presentations page: From the Presentations menu, click Presentation library.

If you are a new user, you will generally use the pre-designed presentation templates provided. However, as you become increasingly familiar with the application, you will prefer to custom-create your own library of presentation templates in order to customize for the specific seller, home and market conditions.

To create a presentation template

  1. From the Presentations page, click the Create new action menu item.

  2. From the Create new template dialog box, select either CMA, Buyer presentation, Home Market Report (HMR) or Community Report template.

  3. From the drop-down list, select the category in which you want to save the template.

  4. Type the name for the new presentation template in the space provided and click OK.

  5. The Pages in [template name] template page is displayed but will be empty until you create or add some pages. Unlike other templates, a presentation consists of multiple pages.
