Sending a Presentation to Top Presenter 2.0

To open the Presentations page: From the Presentations menu, click My Presentations.

The following procedure describes the steps to send a presentation to Top Presenter 2.0. Note that Top Presenter 2.0 should already be installed on your system.

Note: Only CMAs and Buyer presentations can be sent to Top Presenter.

To send a presentation to Top Presenter 2.0

  1. On the Presentations page, select a presentation in the list and click the Send to Top Presenter action menu item.

    2. The Select presentation style page is displayed.

  2. Click the Sort by drop-down list box to select a presentation template style to be used for the data in Top Presenter. For example, Classic, Professional, or All. The corresponding presentation styles are displayed in the list box.

  3. Select a presentation style from the list and then click Send.

    4. Once the transfer is complete, the Exporting CMA is complete dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click OK.
