To open the Marketing or Closing service report: On the Schedule menu, under Today's Business, click Service reports. Select the report to view and click the View or edit action menu item.
After creating a closing or a marketing service report, you can publish it. If you prefer, you can also send it to your contact by email. For more information, see "Publishing and Sending a Service Report". Note that this option is available only when you are creating a closing or marketing service report.
To publish a service report
Open the Marketing or Closing service report you wish to publish.
Click the Publish action menu item.
The service report is published to the web.
Note: If you have specified to be prompted about creating a customer web page every time you publish or publish/send a service report, the Setup customer web page dialog box displayed. To set up your customer web page now, click Yes.
The Setup customer web page dialog box only opens if you have selected the Always ask me to create customer web pages check box in the My customer web page setup - Appearance page. For more information about creating a customer web page, see Creating a customer web page.
