To open the Presentation library: From the Presentations menu, click Presentation library.
From the Presentation library, you can view and manage all your presentation templates. This includes creating a new template or copying, renaming and deleting one from your list.
NOTE: You cannot
modify the default presentation templates. If you want to modify one,
you must first make a copy of it and then edit the copied version. To
help you identify the type of presentation template you have selected,
This is a default category or This is a personal category appears
next to the icon at the top of the page.
From the presentation library, you can:
Select a presentation template: From the List of categories drop-down list, select a presentation template category. The templates from this category are displayed.
Create a new category: Click Add, type the name of the new category and click OK.
Rename a category: Select the category, click Rename, type the new name for the category, and click OK.
Delete a category: Select the category to delete, click Delete, and then click Yes to confirm. All the presentation templates under this category will be deleted.
