To open the Activities tab: Under the Listings menu, click Current listings. Select the listing to edit and click the View or edit listing action menu item. Click the Activities tab.
If you selected a listing plan when you first created the listing, the activities that belong to the listing plan you selected appear in the Activities tab.
From the Activities tab, you can:
Sort the activities by date, activity type, description, which activities are complete, and to whom the activities are assigned.
View an activity by selecting it and clicking the View or edit link. For more information, see "Viewing or editing activities".
Add a new activity by clicking the Add link. For more information, see "Scheduling activities".
Mark an activity as complete by selecting an activity and clicking Mark done. When prompted to confirm, click Yes. The Add activity to service report dialog box prompts you to add this activity to the service report for the listing. Click Yes, enter the required information, and then click OK. For more information, see "Adding activities to a service report".
Delete an activity by selecting the activity to remove and clicking the Delete link. When prompted to confirm, click Yes.
Add a plan to the listing. Click the Select plan link and select the listing plan to add. More Info:
From the Available plans list box, select the plan you want to apply to the listing, and click Add.
click OK.
Select the Stop reminders check box in the bottom left of the page if you do not want these activities to appear in Today's business. When you stop activity reminders, any drop-off periods are also disabled.
