Purchasing an assistant or add-on product license

To open the Subscription Manager: From the Setup menu, click My subscriptions.

You can add assistant, Top Connector 7i, Top Producer 7i Remote, Top Producer 7i for the Palm Handhelds and Top Producer 7i SellPhone licenses to your subscription.

To purchase a new subscription

  1. From the Subscription Manager, click Purchase a new subscription in the bottom left.

  2. Specify the number of licenses you want to buy for each product listed. For more information about the Top Producer products, click the link provided on the page.

  3. Click Next.

    4. If you purchased a new Top Connector 7i license, the Setup Top Connector 7i page opens.

  4. Select the country, state and name of your MLS Board. Click Next.

    5. Note:  If you select an MLS Board that displays an asterisk (*) next to the name, please note that these Boards are currently being set up to use Top Producer 7i. They will be available shortly.

  5. In the Credit card billing address section, verify your shipping address.

  6. In the Payment information section, enter your credit card information.

  7. Click Next.

    8. The Review your order page opens.

  8. Review the items you have purchased.

  9. In the How do you want to pay for your subscription section, select whether you'd like to make monthly payments or pay for one year in one payment.

  10. Click Finish.

    11. You will receive an official order receipt via email.
