Viewing How Content Appears on the Web

To open the Published materials page: From the Setup menu, click Published materials.

You can view how a published item appears on the web.

To view a live preview of a published item

  1. Click the List of categories drop-down list box and choose a category.

  2. Highlight an item you want to preview from the list.

  3. Click the Live preview action menu item.

    4. Another browser window will open to download and display the published content.

  4. When finished previewing, close the new browser window.
