To open the Setup web sites for listing upload page: From the Setup menu, click Listing upload setup.
The listing upload feature in Top Producer 7i lets you send your listing information to one or more Web sites that support the Top Producer 7i Upload Standard. If you are a webmaster, or are familiar with XML, HTML and posting listing information to a Web site, you can use an XML document to display your listings. More Info:
While Top Producer 7i does not provide Web hosting, we have included a Technical White Paper in HTML and PDF formats to assist you with the following:
determining which upload method is best for each web site or external system
identifying the data fields that will be uploaded
converting the uploaded XML document to an HTML document by using a sample template that you can cut, paste, and modify
You must have the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® to view the White Paper.
Listings will be published to all active Web sites at the time of uploading, using File Transfer Protocol (FTP), HTTP-POST, Email, or RETS Real estate transaction standard server.
Note: After you add a Web site, you must activate the Web site before you can upload your listings.
From the Setup websites for listing upload page, click the Add website action menu item.
