Top referral sources

To open the Referral manager: From the Contacts menu, click Referrals.

You can view a list of your top referral sources, including a breakdown of commission/fees and number of referrals sent and received. You can also generate a report of these top referral sources.

To view your top referral sources

  1. From the Referral manager page, click the View top sources action menu item.

    2. The Top sources page opens.

  2. Click the View top sources action menu item.

    3. The Top sources page opens, displaying a list of top referral sources.

  3. Filter the displayed referrals by completing the following:

    1. Search by either Referral source or Referral direction.

    2. Click the Start search link.

      3. The search results appear in the main area of the page.
