To open the Pages in [template name] template: From the Presentations menu, click Presentation library. Select the template and click the View or edit action menu item.
You can add any number of pages to a presentation template. You can choose to add a new, custom created page, or you can add a page from another template. The instructions below detail how to add a page from another template. For more information on how to add a custom page, see "Adding a new page to a template".
You can only modify templates from your personal category. If you modify a standard presentation, a copy of this template will be created and added into the personal category.
To add a new page from a template
From the Pages in [template name] template page, click the Add from template action menu item to add an existing page from another presentation template.
The Add pages from a template page is displayed. If you are adding a new page to a standard presentation template, you are prompted to select the category into which you are saving the new template, and to enter a new name for the template.
Use the drop-down list boxes to select the template that contains the desired page.
From the list of pages, select the page to add and click OK.
The page is copied into your presentation template at the bottom of the list.
