About adjustments

From the Price adjustments page, you can make adjustments to the price of the current comparable. The top of the page displays the sale price, total adjustments, and adjusted price of the current comparable for your reference. A list of adjustments for the current comparable appears below.

Adjustments are based on the comparable property - not the subject property. For example, if both properties are similar except the comparable property has a swimming pool, you would deduct the adjustment. This brings the comparable's price down accordingly, enabling you to suggest a more accurate recommended sale price for the subject property.

Note: Adjustments are only applicable to the Recent sales and Pending sales comparable types.
