Letters

From the Letters page you can view and manage your letter library.

 

  1. Use the List of categories drop-down list box to select a category of letter templates. The letter templates contained within the selected category will be displayed in a list below.
     

  2. To sort the letter templates in reverse order, click the Letter name heading or the small black arrow next to it.
     

  3. You can add a new category by clicking the Add link above the drop-down list box. Type the name of the new category and click OK.
     

  4. To rename an existing category, select the category and click the Rename link above the drop-down list box. Type the new name for the category and click OK.
     

  5. Click the Delete link above the drop-down list box if you want to delete the selected category and all of the letter templates it contains. Click Yes to confirm.
