Follow the instructions below to access the Service Reports tab of a listing. From this tab, you can manage the activities that you want to display in a report, create a service report, set up automatic reports, and add and mail a showing.
To access a listing service reports
From the Listings menu, click Current listings.
The Current listings page is displayed.
To customize the list of listings to display, do any of the following:
To display listings with a certain status, specify the status from the View by status drop-down list box, and then click Start search.
To display listings created within a specific date range, click the Date range link. Specify the date range, then click OK.
Select the listing you want to create a service report for, and then click the View or edit listing action menu item.
Click the Service Report tab.
Use the action menu items to add and manage activities, create a report, and generate automatic report plans.
