To open the Seller(s) tab: Under the Listings menu, click Current listings. Select the listing to edit and click the View or edit listing action menu item. Click the Seller(s) tab.
If any sellers are associated with the listing, you can add them to the listing record. To add a seller to the listing, however, the seller must have a contact record in Top Producer 7i.
From the Seller(s) tab, you can:
Sort the sellers by name by clicking the column heading.
View any of the sellers' contact records by selecting the desired contact and then clicking the View contact link.
Remove a seller from the list by selecting the seller's name and then clicking Remove. When the Remove sellers dialog box is displayed, click Yes.
Note that you cannot remove the primary seller from the list.
Add a seller from your address book by clicking the Add from address book link. For more information, see "Selecting contacts/recipients".
Send an email to a seller by selecting the name of the contact and then clicking Send email. For information, see "Mass email".
Send a letter, envelope, label or postcard to a seller. Select the name of the seller, then click Perform mail out. For more information, see "Performing a mail out".
