Managing listing agents

To open the Agent(s) tab: Under the Listings menu, click Current listings. Select the listing to edit and click the View or edit listing action menu item. Click the Agent(s) tab.

If you are part of a team account, use the Agent(s) tab to view and manage the agents associated with the listing.

To add a listing agent

  1. On the Agent(s) tab, click Add or Remove.

  2. The Agent(s) page opens.

  3. From the Available agents grid, select the agent you want to add and click Add.

  4. The agent's name appears in the Selected agents grid.

  5. Click OK.

To remove an agent

  1. On the Agent(s) tab, click Add or Remove.

  2. The Agent(s) page opens.

  3. From the Selected agents grid, select the agent you want to remove and click Remove.

  4. The agent's name moves to the Available agents grid.

  5. Click OK.
