Creating an Include/Exclude List

To open the Include/Exclude tab: Under the Listings menu, click Current listings. Select the listing to edit and click the View or edit listing action menu item. Click the Include/Exclude tab.

Using the Include/Exclude tabs on a Listing details record, you can create and maintain two lists that detail which property features are or are not included with the property after the sale. For example, the property owners may plan to take their pre-fab tool shed and above-ground swimming pool with them when they move. If this were the case, you would enter the shed and the swimming pool in the Exclude section.

To create an include/exclude list

  1. On the Include/Exclude tab, click the Include link to select the items from a pick list or click inside the Include box to add a new item.

  2. Click Exclude to select the items not included in the sale from a pick list or click inside the Exclude box to add a new item.
