To open the Create new inquiry form - select page layout page: From the Setup menu, click Lead inquiry form. Click the Create new action menu item.
You can create an unlimited number of ready-made simple, standard or detailed inquiry forms. When you have created the form, you should include the form on your Web site.
To create a lead inquiry form
On the Create new inquiry form - select page layout page, specify the Page layout, Source, Inquiry form, and agent you are creating the form for (if applicable). More Info:
Select to create a Simple, Standard, or Detailed page layout.
Tip: When you select each type, an example of the selected page layout is shown to the right.
Select the Source you want to apply to any leads that are generated from this form.
Select the name you want to apply to the Inquiry form you are creating.
If you are part of a team or partnership account, select the Agent you are creating the inquiry form for.
Click Next.
Select the picture location, agent picture and company logo you want to appear on the form. More Info:
Click Location of agent picture in the top right to select where you want the agent picture and company logo to appear.
In the appropriate section, click Add to add the picture or logo you want to use in this form.
Browse for the picture file and then click Open.
Tip: Use «Previous and Next» to select another agent picture or logo.
Click Next
Select the colors and font type and size you want to appear on your inquiry form. More Info:
Click the colors on the three color palette grids to define the desired text, background, and heading colors.
Use the drop-down list boxes to the right of the page to select the desired font style, text size, and header text size.
Select Use Top Producer 7i background if you want to use the default appearance options. Selecting this option sets all appearance options. Other controls on this page will be disabled.
Tip: If your web site has a "branded" look, consider customizing the inquiry form to look the same.
Click Preview my lead inquiry form now to see what your finished form will look like on the Web.
A new window opens to display your form. Close the window and make any changes.
Click Preview my "Thank you" page to see the default page that's displayed once a lead has submitted their inquiry.
Select the I want to use this URL for my "Thank you" page instead check box if you want to redirect users to your own personal "Thank you" page. Enter the web page's URL in the text box.
Click Finish.
