Issues viewing the user guides

The .PDF files should open in a separate browser window when you attempt to view a guide. If you experience problems viewing any of the guides, first try modifying your Adobe Reader preferences. If that doesn't work, try saving the guide to your hard drive.

To modify your Adobe Reader preferences

  1. Close your Web browser.

  2. Open the Adobe Reader.

  3. Click Edit, and then click Preferences.

  4. If you are running:

  5. In the Web Browser Options portion of the window, ensure that the Display PDF in Browser option is not selected.

  6. Click OK and close the Adobe Reader.

  7. Download the User Guide again.

To save a guide

  1. Right-click on the Download link next to the guide you wish to save.

  2. Click Save Target As.

  3. Locate the folder in which you wish to save the guide and click Save.

  4. The guide can now be opened and viewed.
