You can keep a list of URLs in your marketing link library to keep track of your published flyers. You can manage the published flyers at a later date.

If the flyer has not yet been published you will be
prompted to publish it. Click Yes
to publish the flyer.
Click the URL link displayed at the top of the Add to marketing link library page,
to view it.
Select a category from the Select
the category you want to add this marketing link to drop-down list box.
In the Enter a name
for this link text field type a link name, for your own reference.
Type a description in the Enter
a description of this link box, for your own reference.
Click OK.
