From the Select recipients for this email message page, choose one of the following Search contact by methods:
Listing - Click the Listing option button then type full or partial information in the House number, Street name, City, State, and/or Zip code fields.
Name - Click the Name option button, then type a First name, Last name, or Company name in the appropriate text box(es).
NOTE: You can also type a partial name of either the primary or secondary person.
Address - Click the Address option button, then type full or partial information in the House number, Street name, City, State, and/or Zip code fields.
Contact type
- Click the Contact type option
button, then type the contact type in the text box; or click the Contact types drop-down list to select
an item from the list.
All contacts - Clicking this option displays your complete list of contacts. Use the scroll bar to view the list. To add a new contact, click the Add new contact action menu item.
Click Start
search. The search results will be shown in the Available recipients column.
Select the recipient(s) you want to appear in the [To:/Cc:/Bcc:] fields of the email message; or click Select all.
NOTE: The Add buttons become available as soon as you highlight a contact or contacts in the Available recipients list.
Click Add to move the selected recipient(s) to the [To:/Cc:/Bcc:] recipients grid(s).
Similarly, if you want to remove contact(s) from the grids, highlight the contact(s) from the [To/Cc/Bcc] recipients grids, then click Remove. The contact(s) will be returned to the Available recipients column.
Click OK.
