To open the Contact details page: From the Contacts menu, click Address book. Locate the contact and click the View or edit contact action menu item.
Top Producer 7i automatically generates the username and password that contacts can use to log on to their customer Web page. You can then email these login credentials to your contact.
To automatically generate a username and password
On the Contact details page for a contact, click the Customer web page tab, which is located at the bottom of the screen.
Click Generate username/password
A new username and password are generated and displayed in the Username and Password fields.
NOTE: You may choose to manually enter your own username and password.
Click Email username/password to this contact to send this information to the contact. For more information, see "Emailing a username and password".
