To open the Closing parties tab: On the Closings menu, click Current closings. Select the closing to view and click the View or edit listing action menu item. Click the Closing parties tab.
The Closing parties tab on the Closing details page lets you keep track of everyone involved in the sale of a property: seller, buyer, buyer agent, lawyers, bankers, etc. Note if you are working with a closing with either a Fell thru or Closed/ Paid Transferred status, some options will not be available.
From the Closing parties tab, you can:
View any of the closing parties' contact records. Select the closing party to view and then click the View contact link.
Send a letter, envelope, label, or postcard to a closing party. Select the name of the contact, then click Perform mail out. For more information, see "Performing a mail out".
Add a closing party from the Closing contact list. For more information, see "Managing the closing contact list".
Add a contact from your address book. Click the Add from address book link. Select the contact to add and click OK. For more information, see "Selecting contacts/recipients".
Set a contact as the primary contact. Select the contact who will become the primary contact and then click Set this buyer as the primary.
Send an email to a closing party. Select the name of the contact, then click Send email. For more information, see "Mass email".

Change the role of a closing party. For more information, see "Managing the closing contact list".
Remove a closing party from the list. Select the contact to remove and click Remove. When prompted to confirm, click Yes.
