To open the Activities tab: Under the Closings menu, click Current closings. Select the closing to edit and click the View or edit closing action menu item. Click the Activities tab.
Using the Activities tab, you can work with the activities associated with the closing plan you selected when you created this closing.
Note that you will not be able to modify the activities of a closing with either a Fell thru or Closed/Paid Transferred status.
From the Activities tab, you can:
Sort the activities by date, activity type, description, which activities are complete, and who the activities are assigned to.
Add a new activity by clicking the Add link. For more information, see "Scheduling Activities".
Select the Stop reminders check box if you do not want these activities to appear in Today's business. If this check box is not selected, activity reminders will be displayed in the Today's business page. When you change a closing's status to anything other than Pending, the Stop reminders check box is automatically cleared.
Mark an activity as complete by selecting an activity and clicking Mark done. When prompted to confirm, click Yes. The Add activity to service report dialog box prompts you to add this activity to the service report for the listing. Click Yes, enter the required information, and then click OK. Delete an activity by selecting the activity to remove and clicking the Delete link. When prompted to confirm, click Yes.
View an activity by selecting it and clicking the View or edit link. For more information, see "Viewing or editing activities".
Add a plan to the closing. Click the Select plan link and select the closing plan to add. More Info:
From the Available plans list box, select the plan you want to apply to the closing, and click Add.
click OK.
