Follow the instructions below to access the Service Reports tab of a closing. From this tab, you can manage the activities that you want to display in a report, create a service report, and set up automatic reports.
To access a closing service reports
From the Closings menu, click Current closings.
The Current closings page is displayed.
To customize the list of closings to display, do any of the following:
To display closings with a certain status, specify the status from the View by status drop-down list box, and then click Start search.
To display closings created within a specific date range, click the Date range link. Specify the date range, then click OK.
Select the closing you want to create a service report for, and then click the View or edit closing action menu item.
Click the Service Report tab.
Use the action menu items to add and manage activities, create a report, and generate automatic report plans.
